We're the parents of a of three wonderful daughters. Our youngest daughter was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in August of 2013 at the age of four.
That started us on our journey to a Gluten Free household.
This site is meant to serve as a repository for the research and resources we've discovered in the hopes it will help other parents of kids with Celiac disease. We know it's not going to be easy but we're determined to give our daughter a healthy and happy life.
